Amber Callahan is a former high school education and lifelong fitness and nutrition enthusiast. She began her career as an Arbonne Independent Consultant, Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer in 2012. She speaks, blogs, writes articles, and offers nutrition and fitness advice on her website, GetPlantFit.com.
Amber helps people who are motivated and ready to make changes and who are committed to taking action to improve their health. She teaches clients how to adopt habits to improve their quality of life and to quit dieting. By meeting regularly and supplementing as needed with Arbonne’s plant based products, her clients stop making excuses and become empowered to make healthier choices.
As an Area Manager with Arbonne International, Amber creates success stories by not only helping clients live healthier lives from the inside out, but by building a team of dedicated business builders with the same mission of helping others live their healthiest lives and turn expenses into income.
Amber hold a Masters’s in Education in Administration. Her certifications include Precision Nutrition Level 1, American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) and Art of Strength.
Amber grew up in Sugar Land, TX and is a graduate of Clements High School. She is a proud mother to two active boys, ages 3 and 10. She actively competes in half marathons and marathons around the country, trains with kettlebells, and does it all on a plant based diet. She currently coaches clients at Art of Strength Sugar Land.

Welcome to ABWA SWAPEN. We are a chapter of diverse businesswomen in the Fort Bend County area. We invite you to explore our website and visit our next meeting.
American Business Woman Association was founded in 1949. ABWA has thousands of members in chapters and Express Networks nationwide. The organization provides business training and networking opportunities for women of diverse occupations and backgrounds. ABWA has dedicated more than half a century to women’s education and provided workplace skills and career development training for more than 545,000 members.
ABWA’s Mission is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership; education, networking support and national recognition. As a local Express Network, we strive to come along side ABWA’s mission and offer all this and more to our Express Network and its members.
SWAPEN is going into its 8th year and we are growing our membership.
