Please bring business clothing for Dress for Success !!! January 2009 20th SWAPEN meeting Goal Setting Workshop - Join us at this informational workshop. December 2008 16th SWAPEN meeting will be A "White Elephant Gift Exchange" .... lots of fun! To participate you must bring your own exchangeable gift, either something new you have that you can't use or something you buy value min. $10 -- it must be gift-wrapped. It can be also a Gift Certificate along with a an item. For example aStarbuck Gift Card alone is not OK but Starbuck Gift Card with a Mug is OK. As Guests arrive to the meeting, Gifts should be placed in an area where few people can see who brought which gift. Since it is a Christmas meeting hopefully we'll have a Christmas Tree and Gifts will be put around the Tree. We will be playing during the whole meeting and each item can be "stolen" a couple of times! Get ready to have FUN with us! Just in case some of you "forget" to bring a Gift I will have a few on hand that you can purchase for $10 or so and still be part of the game! We will also have information on the upcoming District II Convention April 3- 4, 2009 in Shreveport LA. |
